You will track performance through Growi and internal reporting tools and ensure that every creator under your brand is focused, supported, and moving toward big wins.
TikTok Shop Media Buyer
The TikTok Shop Media Buyer is responsible for planning, launching, scaling, and optimizing paid campaigns on TikTok Shop. This role requires someone who understands performance marketing deeply, can read data with precision, and make fast decisions in a constantly changing environment.
Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager is responsible for building, growing, and scaling THC's presence across X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This role requires someone who understands viral content, internet culture, and audience growth, and can turn attention into brand authority, leads, and creators.
